When I was younger, I was always asking Grandma if we could take out the sewing machine. I learned around 12 years old, and began to quilt. When my Great Grandma saw me struggling to cut out perfect squares, she went home and cut tons of them out for me, many of which I still have today. A couple weeks later, she passed away. My Grandma now uses my Great Grandma's machine, and gave me her own, and the box of fabric squares. It all moved onward from there. I'm currently studying Apparel and Textiles at North Dakota State University, with an aspiration to attend FIT in New York my senior year. | |||||
